  Can I change plans anytime?

  Yes. You can click on Upgrade button in your admin panel. To downgrade or terminate your account, simply contact us

  Do I have to sign a long term contract?

  No. TotalEngage is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

  What web browsers are compatible with TotalEngage?

  We recommend using Firefox 3 and higher or Chrome. However, latest verson of Internet Explorer should also work. If you're experiencing issues with TotalEngage on your broswer, please contact support

  What if I need more than the Premium plan offers?

  If you need to send out more messages than what is allowed by our highest plan, please contact us
